Burj Khalifa



 Burj khalifa is known as the Burj Dubai, began to its inauguration,is a super tall skyscraper. United Arab Emirates is the tallest man in the world at[2.722 ft]. Its construction is completed in 21 September 2004, with the exterior of structure. The building was opened on 4 January 2010,and the new part of 2m2[490-acre] development called Downtown Dubai. Mohammad Ali alabber chairman of properties, said office space pricing at Burj khalifa reached us 4000 per sq ft. He estimated the total purchased for the project to be about us 1.5 billion[2].
The completion of project coincided with the global financial crises of 2007-2012, and in the country vast over building this led to high vacancies. The governments were forced to got multi billion dollar bailouts to its oil-rich neighbor Abu Dubai. The Tower was renamed Burj khalifa, Honor the UAE president khalifa bin zayed Ai Nahan for his crucial support. due to the slumping demand in property market in Dubai. there are 900 apartments. In this time 825 apartments will empty. 
The reported from Emaar that the around 80% of the apartment were accupied. In the Burj khalifa was designed the center piece of a large scale, that would included 30000 homes, nine hotels and three hectares suddenly, 19 residential towers, the Dubai Mall and the 12 hectare man made Burj khalifa Lake.
The building has returned the location of  tallest Earth, where the Great pyramid of Giza claimed before being surpassed in 1311 by Lincoln cathedral in England. the decision  of build Burj khalifa is reportedly based on the government decision from an oil based economy to one that is service. They wanted to put Dubai on the map.
